With two groups and four tanks, the Slayer Espresso 2 group espresso machine offers infinite possibilities. Slayer Espresso independently controls flow rate and water temperature for each grouphead, adding flexibility and finesse to a true production machine. Additionally, with the Slayer Espresso you are able to steam and pull shots both simultaneously and continuously without pressure drops or temperature loss thanks to its powerful elements and massive boilers.
Slayer Espresso also allows for great control over the flavor profile of each coffee. Using its brew actuators, you are able to toggle changes in flow rate to influence perceived acidity, sweetness, and body (an entirely new tool for extraction).
